Jesse causing trouble even in Germany
1 10 2009Jesse, jesse.. jesse.
The electronic duo Jesse has been causing controversy, yet again, but this time all the way in Germany. It seems that their “Slurps” -cover is prohibited by law, since it features an apparent eagle and a couple of lightning S’s. You mean like lots of other awesome bands out there, you ask? And why yes my dear, it does seem a little trivial. When asked, the duo refers to the apparent eagle as some other form of poultry, a baby hawk for example and there is nothing militaristic about a baby hawk, now is there.
You can check out Jesse’s MySpace for any poultry among other things.

You can read the article on Iltasanomat.fi, but be warned, since it is only in Finnish.

Yep… If they want to stay out of jail, they better not perform live with those S’s in Deutschland. A great way PR stunt to promote them if they do.
Good point about the S’s. Not sure if anyone would be willing to put so much down for some extra media attention?
