We’ve got many inquiries and requests, whether or not we are “still recruiting”. By the way, Thank you for the praise, it keeps us humble.

I thought of highlighting our mentality regarding recruitment and building our team.

We at Fresh Tunes Finland believe in the phrase “always be recruiting”. This doesn’t mean that we’ll accept just about anyone, no no, but it means that if you possess the appropriate swank, we think it’s our responsibility to be able to provide you the responsibilities that will make you grow as a human being. That’s very much how we feel.

What is this spunk we then speak of?

First and foremost we hope you’re hungry and have an appropriate drive. When you hit the first brick wall, and you’ll hit many, you can’t be let down. You can always get around the wall, but it’s very much your own initiatives that define if you do.The walls should never defeat you.

Secondly, we hope you are a born global personality. We represent a variety of artists and work with actors from all over the world, focusing on large enough projects to be meaningful. Naturally it’s easier to manage this if you are fluent in “global” and have enough of a learning attitude to turn all uncomfortable situations into opportunities for growth and learning.
